Job Summary
Conduct structured interviews, source, and screen candidates for temporary, direct-hire, and temp-to-hire placements across specialized client needs. Develop workforce planning strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate redeployment of temporary associates while acting as a team lead during management absences. Analyze market trends, maintain competitor records, and execute recruitment KPIs through structured behavioral assessments and resume development. Assist candidates with interview preparation, ensure compliance with safety and employment laws, and resolve client and associate grievances. Build long-term relationships with passive and active candidates, hiring managers, and associates to maximize service levels and retention.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
