Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews to qualify them for client placements. Analyze hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and deploy client-specific strategies to fill temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire orders. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs and maximize service levels. Act as a team lead in the absence of management, addressing complaints and grievances with independent discretion. Ensure compliance and safety requirements are met while championing team vision and coaching associates on skill enhancement. Develop long-term relationships with associates to drive redeployment and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
