Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire orders by analyzing client needs and deploying targeted strategies. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, conduct structured interviews, and assess qualifications against inventory requirements. Manage the candidate pipeline, coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, and redeploy temporary associates while ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards. Act as a team lead during management absences, coach associates on skill development, and resolve client and associate grievances. Maintain records of market competitors and execute recruitment KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
