Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, evaluate skills and cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives and specialized client needs. Develop candidate and community engagement programs, administer job postings, and redeploy temporary associates while maintaining records of competitors and market share. Assist candidates with resume development and interview coaching, manage customer and associate satisfaction via surveys, and resolve grievances using independent discretion.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
