Job Summary
Manage sourcing, screening, and placement for temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire orders by anticipating local talent market trends and deploying client-specific recruiting strategies. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews, coaching applicants, and assessing qualifications against inventory needs. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized requirements, administer job postings, and redeploy associates to maximize service levels. Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools and processes, execute required KPIs, and address candidate inquiries or complaints. Maintain records of competitors and develop long-term associate engagement programs to bolster retention and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
