Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends to implement workforce planning strategies and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, screen candidates against client requirements, and coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives and specialized needs. Develop candidate executive summaries, manage redeployment of temporary associates, and administer job postings across various systems while acting as a team lead or escalation point. Evaluate customer and associate satisfaction through surveys and interviews, champion team vision by upholding required standards, and coach associates on skill enhancement. Resolve complaints and grievances using independent discretion, and build long-term relationships with both passive and active candidates to ensure excellent service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
