Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and execute workforce planning strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, screen top-quality applicants, and assess qualification matches against client requirements. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while assisting them with resume preparation and interview coaching. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, administer job postings, and redeploy temporary associates to maximize service levels. Act as a team lead or escalation point of contact, addressing client and associate complaints with independent discretion. Evaluate satisfaction via surveys, coach associates on skill development, and develop engagement programs to bolster retention.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
