Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and execute workforce planning strategies to build a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Conduct structured interviews, assess skills and cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives for temporary, direct-hire, and specialized roles. Develop client-specific recruiting strategies, manage redeployment of associates, and maintain records of competitors while acting as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools. Respond to candidate inquiries, coach applicants on interview preparation, and address client and associate complaints using independent discretion. Achieve required KPIs for recruitment and submission activities while upholding team standards and championing the vision for better futures.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
