Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and execute workforce planning strategies to build a continuous pipeline of quality candidates for temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire orders. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, screen top-quality applicants, and assess qualification matches against client requirements while developing candidate executive summaries. Coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives, redeploy associates, and maintain records of competitor market data. Assist candidates with resume preparation and interview coaching, manage job postings in applicant tracking systems, and act as an escalation point for complex inquiries. Evaluate customer and associate satisfaction via surveys, coach team members on skill enhancement, and resolve complaints with independent discretion to ensure excellent service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
