Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire orders while building a comprehensive pipeline that addresses client needs. You will anticipate local talent market trends, implement workforce planning strategies, and coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives and specialized requirements. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, analyze prescreening results, and assess candidates for qualification matches, cultural fit, and inventory needs. Redeploy temporary associates, administer job postings, and maintain records of competitors to maximize service levels. Assist candidates with resume development and interview coaching, while managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. Achieve required recruitment KPIs and act as an escalation point of contact.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
