Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders while building a comprehensive candidate pipeline. Develop workforce planning strategies, conduct structured behavioral interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives and specialized needs. Analyze prescreening results to determine qualification matches, cultural fit, and compatibility, then execute recruitment, interview, and submission activities to meet KPIs. Redeploy temporary associates, administer job postings, and maintain records of local market competitors. Assist candidates with resume development and interview coaching, respond to inquiries, and address client and associate complaints using independent discretion.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
