Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, conducting structured interviews to determine best placement options and assessing qualification matches against client requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, administer job postings, and redeploy temporary associates while developing long-term associate engagement programs. Assist candidates with resume development and interview coaching, evaluate customer satisfaction via surveys, and resolve complaints using independent discretion. Act as a team lead or escalation point of contact, participate in special projects, and uphold required standards of behavior for both associates and clients.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
