Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews to determine best placement options. Analyze hiring needs to create client-specific recruiting strategies, assess qualification matches, and coordinate with hiring managers to maximize service levels. Manage redeployment of temporary associates, administer job postings, and act as an escalation point of contact. Evaluate customer and associate satisfaction via surveys, coach staff on skill enhancement, and resolve complaints with independent discretion. Achieve required recruitment KPIs and execute interview and submission activities professionally.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
