Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews to determine best placement options. Analyze hiring needs, create client-specific recruiting strategies, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized requirements. Assist candidates with resume development and interview preparation, administer job postings, and redeploy temporary associates. Act as a team lead or escalation point of contact, address client and associate complaints, and develop engagement programs to bolster retention. Maintain records of competitors and execute required recruitment KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
