Job Summary

Anticipate local talent market trends and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured behavioral interviews to determine best placement options. Analyze hiring needs, create client-specific recruiting strategies, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized requirements. Assist candidates with resume development, interview preparation, and coaching, then evaluate skills and experience against inventory needs. Administer job postings, track competitor market data, and execute recruitment KPIs. Serve as a subject matter expert on Adecco's tools and processes, acting as a team lead or escalation point when necessary. Champion team vision by coaching associates on skill enhancement and developing engagement programs to improve satisfaction and retention. Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints with independent discretion, and ensure clients and associates receive excellent service.

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
  • Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
