Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders across moderately complex and specialized client needs. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews to qualify placements and assess cultural fit. Develop candidate and community engagement programs, administer job postings, and coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives and maximize service levels. Assist candidates with resume development and interview coaching, evaluate skills against inventory requirements, and redeploy temporary associates to strengthen long-term relationships. Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends and Adecco recruitment tools, address client and associate inquiries, and resolve complaints using independent discretion. Achieve required KPIs for recruitment activities while maintaining records of competitors and participating in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
