Job Summary
Conduct structured interviews and source candidates for temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire roles across specialized client programs. Build and maintain candidate pipelines while acting as a subject matter expert on market trends and recruitment tools. Coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives, analyze inventory needs, and deploy targeted recruiting strategies. Manage redeployment of temporary associates and oversee candidate engagement programs to strengthen market footprint. Administer job postings, screen applicants against qualification and cultural fit criteria, and coach candidates on interview preparation. Address client and associate inquiries, resolve grievances, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
