Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends to implement workforce planning strategies and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire placements. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, analyze prescreening results, and assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client compatibility. Coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives, deploy client-specific recruiting strategies, and redeploy temporary associates. Assist candidates with resume development, interview preparation, and coaching while managing job postings in various systems. Act as a team lead or escalation point of contact, resolve client and associate complaints, and develop engagement programs to improve satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working within the staffing or human resources solutions industries
