Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders while building a comprehensive pipeline that addresses client needs. Anticipate local talent market trends to implement workforce planning strategies and develop candidate engagement programs. Conduct structured interviews to qualify candidates, assess skills against inventory requirements, and coordinate with hiring managers to define strategic objectives. Assist candidates with resume development and interview preparation, then deploy temporary associates and manage redeployment opportunities. Maintain records of competitors and administer job postings across various systems while acting as a team lead or escalation point of contact. Evaluate customer and associate satisfaction via surveys, coach staff on skill enhancement, and resolve complaints with independent discretion. Achieve required recruitment KPIs and execute interview and submission activities professionally.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
