Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders by anticipating local talent market trends and implementing workforce planning strategies. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, conducting structured interviews to determine placement options and assessing qualifications against client requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, analyze inventory, and deploy client-specific recruiting strategies while administering job postings and managing candidate pipelines. Assist candidates with resume development and interview preparation, manage redeployment of temporary associates, and address client and associate inquiries or grievances. Maintain competitor records, execute recruitment KPIs, and act as a team lead or escalation point.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
