Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and implement workforce planning strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of quality candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, screen top-quality candidates, and assess qualifications against client requirements while developing custom recruiting strategies. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, redeploy temporary associates, and build long-term relationships with both passive and active candidates. Assist candidates with resume development and interview coaching, administer job postings, and respond to inquiries while resolving complaints and grievances. Maintain competitor records and execute recruitment KPIs as a subject matter expert on Adecco's tools and processes.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
