Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market conditions and implement workforce planning strategies to build a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, evaluate skills against client requirements, and coordinate with hiring managers to maximize service levels. Manage redeployment of temporary associates, maintain competitor market records, and administer job postings across various systems. Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools, act as an escalation point of contact, and coach associates on career development while ensuring compliance with safety and employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
