Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire job orders across standard to moderately complex clients. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews to determine placement options. Analyze hiring needs, deploy client-specific recruiting strategies, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized requirements. Manage candidate pipelines, assist with resume development and interview coaching, and redeploy temporary associates based on inventory needs. Serve as a team lead or escalation point of contact, administer job postings, and maintain records of local competitors. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, address client and associate complaints, and champion team vision through coaching and engagement programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
