Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market shifts and execute workforce planning strategies to build a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Source, screen, and deploy top-tier talent for temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire orders while conducting structured behavioral interviews to assess skills and cultural fit. Manage candidate engagement programs, coach applicants on resumes and interview preparation, and coordinate with hiring managers to align client needs with inventory. Redeploy associates effectively, maintain competitor market records, and act as a team lead or escalation point when management is unavailable. Ensure full compliance with safety and employment laws while addressing client and associate complaints.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
