Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire job orders by anticipating local talent market needs and implementing workforce planning strategies. Build relationships with passive and active candidates, conduct structured behavioral interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized client requirements. Redeploy temporary associates, administer job postings, and develop candidate executive summaries for resume submittal while maintaining records of competitors and market share. Act as a team lead or escalation point of contact, serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools, and ensure compliance with safety and employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
