Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders by anticipating local talent market trends and implementing workforce planning strategies. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews to qualify placements and assess cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized client needs, redeploy temporary associates, and develop long-term associate engagement programs to improve retention. Administer job postings in various systems, analyze competitor market data, and execute recruitment KPIs. Serve as a team lead or escalation point of contact as needed, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and resolving client and associate grievances.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
