Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market conditions and execute workforce planning strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews to determine placement options. Coordinate with hiring managers to analyze specialized needs, deploy client-specific recruiting strategies, and administer job postings across systems. Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools, act as a team lead or escalation point, and develop candidate executive summaries for submittal. Manage redeployment of temporary associates, address client and associate complaints, and ensure compliance with safety and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
