Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders by anticipating local talent market trends and implementing workforce planning strategies. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while conducting structured interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and compatibility with client requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, deploy temporary associates, and manage redeployment opportunities. Administer job postings, screen candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems, and assist with resume development and interview coaching. Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools, act as a team lead or escalation point, and address client and associate complaints. Ensure compliance with safety and employment laws while championing team standards and developing engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
