Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders, building and maintaining a comprehensive pipeline while acting as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools. Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications against client needs, and coordinate with hiring managers to maximize service levels. Manage redeployment of associates, administer job postings, and maintain records of local market competitors. Provide candidate coaching, assist with resume development, and ensure compliance with safety and employment laws. Lead as a team escalation point when necessary, champion team vision, and address client and associate complaints with independent discretion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
- Proven track record - measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
