Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and implement workforce planning strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of quality candidates. Analyze hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and deploy client-specific strategies while conducting structured behavioral interviews to qualify and place top talent. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, and administer job postings across various systems. Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools, maintain competitor records, and serve as a team lead or escalation point in the absence of management. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, address client and associate complaints, and coach associates on skill enhancement. Achieve required KPIs for recruitment, interview, and submission activities while championing the team's vision and upholding required standards of behavior.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Experience in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
