Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders by analyzing hiring needs, deploying client-specific strategies, and maintaining a comprehensive pipeline. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage redeployment of temporary associates while acting as a team lead during management absences. Build relationships with passive and active candidates, assist with resume coaching, and ensure compliance with safety and employment regulations. Maintain records of local competitors and execute recruitment KPIs using Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
