Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire job orders for moderately complex and specialized clients. Develop candidate and community engagement programs to strengthen market footprint while building relationships with passive and active candidates. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, analyze hiring needs, and deploy client-specific recruiting strategies using Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, maintain competitor records, and execute recruitment KPIs. Act as a team leader or escalation point of contact in the absence of management. Ensure compliance, safety, and service standards while coaching associates on skill development and resolving client complaints.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Experience in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
