Job Summary
Anticipate local talent market trends and execute workforce planning strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of quality candidates for temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire orders. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit, and deploy client-specific recruiting strategies while managing KPIs for recruitment, interview, and submission activities. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, and redeploy temporary associates to maximize service levels. Serve as a team lead in the absence of management, administer job postings, and resolve complaints with independent discretion. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, coach associates on skill development, and uphold standards of behavior for both client and associate-facing interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Experience in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
