Job Summary
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill temporary, direct-hire, and temporary-to-hire orders while building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate pipeline. Develop client-specific recruiting strategies, coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized needs, and redeploy temporary associates to maximize service levels. Conduct structured behavioral interviews, administer job postings in various systems, and assist candidates with resume development and interview preparation. Serve as a team lead or escalation point of contact in the absence of management, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and resolving client and associate complaints. Maintain records of competitors and execute recruitment KPIs to ensure continuous talent flow.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit
- Experience in the staffing or human resources solutions industries
