Job Summary
Receptionist at Wasl Dubai is responsible for welcoming customers and visitors, providing professional front-desk support, guiding customers to the correct service channels, and supporting smooth customer flow. The role screens service requirements and documents, supports queue and ticketing processes, identifies VIP and priority customers, assists in early de-escalation of customer concerns, and maintains a welcoming, organized reception aligned with Property Management standards. Responsibilities include directing customers to appropriate service lines, informing customers of missing documents, guiding use of self-service kiosks and digital channels, coordinating with Floor Leads, Branch Manager, security, and counters, and upholding confidentiality and professional conduct. Requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong customer-service skills, with proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of queue systems and digital service channels. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Professional diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Office Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk, customer service, hospitality, retail service, call centre, or branch operations.
