Branch Product Support Representative

Job Summary
Provide branch product support and help improve processes within established procedures. Deliver exceptional internal customer experience by handling inbound calls, delivering expertise and resources to internal partners, and guiding recommendations on products/services aligned to customer needs. Perform moderately complex tasks including branch policy/procedure reviews with focus on accuracy and risk mitigation; escalate non-routine questions while building knowledge of function, policies, procedures, and compliance. Maintain positive relationships with internal partners and support routine administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks. Ensure first contact resolution for critical transactions (e.g., wire transactions, fiduciary account maintenance, official bank check reviews) and participate in training to enhance service delivery. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and requires full duration of required training, with potential for shift variability. Training starts 8/3/2026 in San Antonio, TX; hours are specified in Central/Local time.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Branch or Customer Service experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
