Job Summary
Lead daily branch and teller operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a strong customer experience. Provide coaching, direction, and training to tellers while serving as the branch lead when the Branch Manager is unavailable. Process transactions, manage cash ordering and vault operations, and resolve discrepancies with operational guidance. Support teller scheduling and onboarding, and connect customers with appropriate bank products. Maintain strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements while fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment. This role requires 2+ years of banking experience, 1+ year of leadership experience, and bilingual proficiency in Pangu or Spanish. Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday is required, with support for other locations as needed.

Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of banking or financial services experience preferred
- 1+ year of leadership or team-lead experience is preferred and we're also open to someone ready for their next step who has demonstrated leadership through coaching, training, taking ownership, or serving as a go-to resource for their team
- Pangu bilingual proficiency is highly preferred and would be especially valuable in supporting our customers
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is also preferred and considered a plus
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, white-glove customer service
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to bring positive energy to the team
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and act with urgency while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain composed in a fast-paced branch environment
