Branch Operations Supervisor - MDC 2nd Shift

Branch Distribution Supervisor oversight of MDC Operation’s Distribution daily activities, including inventory management, sales order fulfillment, and supervision of Distribution employees while ensuring safe work practices. Responsibilities include enforcing Crown Battery quality systems and ERP requirements, coordinating transfers of inventory to branch distribution centers, managing customer complaints investigations and corrective actions, maintaining packaging plans, preparing reports, and supporting training and development. The role requires leadership to train, motivate and direct staff, strong computer skills (MS Office), and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on safety, ISO 9001 compliance, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
