Job Summary
Branch Operations Specialist responsible for processing money movement of client funds, handling inquiries and directing visitors, processing mail, assisting with client onboarding and account openings, and providing general administrative support to branch management. Responsibilities include transmitting/receiving messages with the home office, processing securities transactions and disbursements, ensuring proper documentation for compliance, assisting with audit preparation, maintaining and updating records, inventory, and office supplies, and cross-training in other operational functions as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- one (1) or more years securities industry or related work experience preferred
