Job Summary
Conduct daily branch operations by scheduling staff, managing employee schedules, and performing teller duties such as opening new accounts and processing large transactions. Review reports, approve exceptions within established limits, and ensure compliance with all banking policies and security procedures. Provide operational guidance, training, and development to up to five staff members while assessing performance and supporting the Branch Manager. Actively listen to clients, resolve escalated service concerns, and partner with leadership on customer retention and promotional activities. Manage client matters in the Branch Manager's absence and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience
- Minimum of 2 year's supervisory experience
- Minimum 2 years of operations experience
- Must be proficient using Word, Excel and Outlook applications and banking programs
- Minimum of 8 years banking experience
- Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience
- Minimum 4 years of operations experience
- Must be proficient using Word, Excel and Outlook applications and banking programs
- Minimum of 10 hours CRA volunteer hours per year
Desired Qualifications
- Notary Public preferred
