Branch Operations Specialist (Mishawum)

Oversee teller-line operations and provide leadership to branch staff with emphasis on customer service while driving sales goals. Coach coworkers behind the teller line to recognize customer needs and match them with bank products. Perform teller duties as needed, assist with platform operations, and open basic new accounts. Manage cash processes, vault cash, ATM Balancing, audits of cash logs, CTRs, and currency exchange logs. Coordinate with the Assistant Branch Manager to track transaction errors, ensure regulatory compliance, and support branch operations across locations. Utilize sales techniques to meet branch sales goals and deliver high-quality service. Requires willingness to work at other branch locations as needed. Strong communication, operational, and computer skills are essential.
