Job Summary
Oversee branch day-to-day operations by maintaining controls, processing transactions, and managing cash levels to ensure compliance with bank policies. Support teller operations through vault and ATM balancing while preparing the branch for internal audits and monitoring performance metrics. Coach teammates on operational procedures and provide guidance to the Community Office Manager, including coordinating training and assisting with employee development. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of experience in cash handling or customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2-4 years of previous related experience in cash handling and/or customer service setting
- Experience preferably in a banking environment
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
