Job Summary

Branch Operations Manager oversees branch operations to ensure safety, cost control, workforce management, and efficient inventory and fleet handling. Responsibilities include managing production/operations teams, dispatchers and drivers, coordinating procurement and parts/VAPS, maintaining accurate work orders and inventories, budget planning and cost control, driving high service standards and customer satisfaction, and collaborating with HR to recruit and develop the branch workforce. The role emphasizes first-time quality, on-time deliveries, vendor relations, and leveraging systems to deliver efficient revenue activities while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or 3 years of applicable experience
  • 5 years experience managing one or more direct reports in a service shop/manufacturing/building construction environment. OR 2 years of experience with WillScot
  • Experience managing a unit or departmental budget. OR 2 years of experience with WillScot
  • MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience
  • Ability follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience applying creativity to problem-solving
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors through open, proactive communication
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
