Job Summary
Branch Operations Manager responsible for the daily operations of a Memphis, TN branch of a hospice DME provider. Oversees staff performance, scheduling, timesheets, and PTO; maintains personnel records; ensures HIPAA and DOT compliance; trains staff on respiratory-therapy protocols; manages equipment inventory and service records; coordinates disaster procedures; oversees billing, invoicing, and monthly operating reports; maintains strong relationships with hospice accounts and customers; ensures regulatory compliance and accurate routing/inspections data; leads a team to deliver reliable service while aligning with company policies and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; related work experience and/or training acceptable in lieu of degree
- Supervisory experience managing multiple employees
- Knowledge of HIPAA and DOT regulations
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and reporting (MORs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
