Branch Operations Manager

Branch Operations Manager responsible for supervising operations personnel and maintenance of the facility, enforcing company policies, procedures, and standards related to health, safety, maintenance, operation, and regulatory compliance. Develops and maintains performance metrics for the facility and personnel, reports them to Regional Operations leadership, schedules drivers and warehouse training, ensures inventory quality control and reconciliation, coordinates with Fleet, HR, Risk Management, andDOT/OSHA regulators, and oversees security, safety, and regulatory compliance. Requires strong organizational skills, problem solving, and ability to implement policies and procedures; emphasizes the management of warehouse operations, driver and facility performance, training, and adherence to safety standards.
