Job Summary
Oversee daily retail branch operations, including scheduling, facility management, and training to ensure operational accuracy and compliance. Assist the Market Leader in driving team performance through coaching, integrity sessions, and accountability for LMCU initiatives and goals. Lead member experience efforts by advocating for branch culture, resolving conflicts, and conducting outbound calling to drive sales and community presence. Review consumer loan applications for quality standards while identifying cross-sell opportunities to support growth targets. Maintain 15% travel for community engagement and ensure all staff adhere to regulatory requirements and the 3C's values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Michigan Resident Producer Credit Insurance License
- Registered through NMLS
- Notary certification
- Extensive knowledge of LMCU products and services, especially related to both consumer and business accounts and loans
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to branch goals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a track record of coaching peers and building collaborative team environments
- 15% travel
