Job Summary
Manage all inside sales and service operations at the Cypress, CA branch, providing continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations. Act as the primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations. Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled. This role requires a background in industrial service operations management, bi-lingual skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace and SAP. The annual salary range is $75,000-$95,000, commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Related work experience and knowledge of operations management
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
- SAP experience preferred
