Job Summary
Manage 3-5 dispatchers and coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of Pest Service Technicians for one or more of our 30+ regional branches. Professionally interact with both internal and external customers while providing problem-solving and conflict resolution. Assist with scheduling, billing, data entry, and phone work as assigned. This full-time Monday through Friday role supports business operations across 15 states, offering a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 with eligibility for quarterly and yearly bonuses based on KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- At least two to five years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
