Branch Operations Manager, Floorcovering

Branch Operations Manager for a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering location in Las Vegas, NV. Works with the Branch Manager to organize, plan, and implement branch strategies, supporting customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and safety. Responsible for supervising and training staff and contacting customers to generate sales leads. Typical schedule is 44 hours per week, may include evenings and weekends.
