Job Summary
Oversee branch operations in conjunction with the Branch Manager to achieve sales and service goals; coach and develop staff, uphold quality service standards, and maintain confidential handling of customer information. Lead by example to foster a positive, welcoming branch environment; drive customer service excellence, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to risk management, compliance (SAFE Act, Fair Lending, UDAAP), and auditing requirements. Manage staffing, training, and HR processes; support profitability goals, track deposits/loans, and promote cross-selling; participate in community activities and maintain branch facilities. Located at the Canton, CT branch with on-site operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
